Aaaaah! I can’t believe it is somehow almost November 7 (also known as N7 Day to my fellow gamers).

But here we are! My in-laws arrive tonight so they can help the Frenchman while I head out on tour, and I’m frantically trying to make sure I have “cool clothes” and that the makeup I only ever wear for tour is in date. (You think I’m joking.)

I can’t wait to see some of you at my tour stops—and UK friends! For the record, we’re now planning (with enthusiasm!) my tour for the UK for May 2024. I’m really sorry we couldn’t pull something together sooner, but it was a matter of timing it with other travel…so here we are. Thank you for your patience!

2. Last chance to grab tour tickets!

As mentioned above, I head out on tour on Monday! Here’s a master link to grab tickets, or click on the link you need below!

My first stop is the Chicago area (Naperville’s Andersons) with author Greta Kelly! That’s on November 6 at 7PM.

Then it’s off to Schuler’s in Grand Rapids the next day where I get to hang out with one of my most favorite authors of all time: Megan Whalen Turner. 😭 We kick off at 6:30PM on November 7.

Fun fact: I was inspired to write a twisty sneaky character after reading her Queen’s Thief series and falling deeply in love with Eugenides. And guess who that sneaky trickster eventually turned out to be? Leopold in the Witchlands!

After that, I head to Neshaminy in Bensalem, PA, where I always have an amazing time. That event also starts at 6:30PM, on November 9.

Over the weekend, I’ll be at YALLFest—starting on Friday and then through Saturday!

(Psssst: We’re having a DenNerds meet-up, and I’m finalizing details on that now!)

Lastly, I’ll be at Brave + Kind in Decatur, GA with one of my favorite people, Mark Oshiro. That’s at 7PM on Monday November 13! And I’m going to try to come early to join all the writers meeting up for NaNoWriMo!

The story is really picking up now. We’ve got the WTF gang back together……..and a changeling that looks like #UghJay on the loose. 🤦‍♀️

Alrighty, dear friends, that’s all I’ve got for you this week. I shall be furiously cleaning my house today for my in-laws (AFTER furiously finalizing some Witchlight edits so I can send the book to my critique partner! 🥹).

Next week, I’ll try to send out an update, but I’ll have to see how busy I am on the road. The #ChooseWithSooz updates take the priority. 😉
