It is somehow already time to reveal the title for book 2 in the Luminaries trilogy! And to share the book’s release date!

You, as a wonderful, stupendous, beautiful-hearted, radiant-faced LumiNerd, get to learn the title before the rest of the world next week. And I’m so excited to share with JUST you all for now!

Thank you for still supporting me and the whole Luminaries gang. I can’t believe the book has already been out two months! In that time:

• we spent 3 weeks on the New York Times Bestseller List!

• we popped back ONTO the New York Times Bestseller List just this week!!

• we spent 4 weeks on the Indie Bestseller List!

• I went on a 2-week tour across the US!¹

• I got cool film-related news which I am not allowed to share yet…😘

• I finished editing the second book! And I started drafting the third!

• the Sooz Your Own Adventure (which is still going on!) took all sorts of unexpected turns 🥴 and the Hive Mind is down to their final life of three!

• the Owlcrate editions and Illumicrate editions of The Luminaries reached readers!

That is?! So much?!

2. UK edition in stores soon!

Make sure you have preordered the edition you want — especially if you opt to get a special edition from Waterstones or a signed edition from Forbidden Planet, since these are in limited supply!

What do you think?! I love it and it really fits with the themes and plot (and mysteries!) of the second book. Winnie is out hunting for answers about her family, about the nightmares of the forest, and about the dangerous Dianas…

And Winnie is also being hunted herself by something unknown.

Look for the book in US stores November 7, 2023.²

As I said above, the book is already done. I just finished the final round of edits (called line edits, where I am adjusting prose for better flow), so the book is almost totally done and I will let you all know when advanced reader copies might be on the way!
