Thank you for answering those questions! I love everything about this world that you created!!! I love these books, I am almost done with The Whispering Night, and whilst I am dying to know what happens next, I am afraid to finish it and be done with it ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
I bought your first book, The Luminaries, because it looked pretty and mysterious, then I met you in London for a signing and loved the way your mind works! Now I am in love with your writing and characters! Soon after I met you I bought your entire back list and I can't wait to dive into those worlds too!
I hope you are back in London again soon, I have tons more books for your you to sign! ๐
Lots of love! And keep up the great work!
PS. You will get enough support for a Nightmare Compendium! Even if I have to start a revolution to increase your sales! ๐๐๐
Thanks for answering/commenting! Especially in this fun video format that gives us a real sense of how you thought about the choices that shaped the luminary world and our dear Winnie. I most enjoyed hearing you talk about your decision to write in third person present, and why you used filter words at times. I have had mixed experiences with books written in present tense, but I thought this was so perfect for us to go along on this journey with Winnie, and also made everything feel very urgent and exciting. โค๏ธ
