Book playlists and Pinterest boards! Q&As! Loved some of your previous YouTube videos that gave behind the scenes looks at your writing. I also appreciate all your transparent content about balancing life and writing!
Noted! I don’t have any short stories in mind but I would love to do a spinoff one day!! And I’ll see if I can’t find something Luminaries to share this year!
I’d love to see some playlists on Spotify for ‘Witchlight’ or maybe character playlists…. 👀 Also some character tattoos? Like little icons that represents the series/characters in subtle ways ☺️
How about a celebration party with us readers? Live chats every month or readers can share their own experience with the witchlands series why they like it etc. Behind the scenes peaks. Along with the readalong we can also use a tag to share on social media with graphics etc. People that don't want use the Discord group can maybe create a Storygraph Readalong/Challenge/Bookclub or Fable BookClub (new popular reading app) for anyone else that maybe want to join. I kinda got carried away 😅 but just a few ideas
I love all of this! Great idea. I tried to do social tags for the Luminaries readalong...but no one participated online that I saw. (And tbf, I'm hardly on social! So I can't blame people for not engaging where I am not active myself!)
But I totally think a celebration party--I did a big virtual Discord party for Witchshadow, so we could try that again--and then some live chats. I've also been toying with a "podcast" that's like a "Previously on..." setup where I rehash the past book with fans. (Assuming any readers are comfortable recording with me, haha)
Thank you 😊! I'm glad you like my ideas. I agree with the tags they're not effective as they used to be. I forgot you did mention you're not active on social media anymore we can skip the tag idea and use your suggestion. I like the podcast idea I'm sure readers would enjoy that.
I can't wait to read Witchlight! I read Truthwitch and Windwitch back when they first came out and loved them. However, I then went to grad school and stopped reading for fun due to the sheer volume of academic reading/writing I was expected to do. Then 2020, and a bunch of chronic health issues that depleted my energy and joy. I've recently starting reading for fun again and I am going to reread the first two Witchlands books and read Bloodwitch, Sightwitch, and Witchshadow for the first time! I am so glad that you and so many authors have kept writing and creating despite everything going on in the world. A good source of escapism is all I need.

Yay! Thank you so much for the ideas!! (Also, you can always find the more writing-related stuff over on my other newsletter! 🥰)
I want to reread Witchlands so I’d love to see a read-a-long of the series!
Awesome! I’ll try to coordinate something and see what I can come up with!
Maybe a luminaries short story?? I bet you have so many ideas for spin-offs. ( plz, I’m begging 🙏, I can’t leave hemlock falls forever 😭)

I think playlists would be a cool idea, and some behind the scenes content (what inspired different things, first ideas, how things changed).
Oh what a good idea! I can talk about what changed for both TE3 and the Witchlands probably TOO extensively 😅 but I love this idea!
I really enjoy all your books. Will there be other witch books like the bloodwitch, truth witch etc
The final Witchlands book, Witchlight, comes out in November! The pre-order link is in the post! ☺️

Oh fun ideas!! Thank you, I'll note these!

Aw, thank you for the lovely comment AND for reading the books! I really hope you enjoy the rest of the series!!
